Substituted elements CSS

Certain elements, such as <img>, <object> o <input>, are replaced by external elements such as images, nested objects or form elements of the operating system.

For the replaced elements (and only for them) there are external indications about width and height (intrinsic dimensions). They can form both block frames and inline frames.
